In order for a reservation to be valid, a deposit is requested. The customer has a period of 4
days to pay the corresponding amount (bank costs are charged to the customer). If this

For cancellation of a reservation 21 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable ( possible
costs are charged to the customer).

NO SHOW POLICY
In case of no show of the customer and there is a deposit for this reservation, the room remains at their disposal until the next day at 12 noon.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
In case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay 50% of the total cost of the cancelled
stay.
